Congratulations to our Toronto Buildings Group on being awarded the President’s Award for Safety at this year’s Toronto holiday party.

This Award is presented annually to the business area with the best overall safety culture and performance within EllisDon. It recognizes an area for their outstanding safety culture, demonstrated and committed leadership as well as initiatives and practices that improve worker health and safety.

The Toronto Buildings group has fostered an atmosphere of culture and respect and had a successful 2024. They have demonstrated safety leadership with their actions and shown positive improvements in all their leading indicators, including starting new safety initiatives such as formwork training and a fall protection equipment inspection program.
